The shared listing is sold as an airport shuttle. The private product is a one-way transfer naming Kayseri and Nevşehir. These labels establish the broad format, not every detail of the journey. Ask what your selected reservation actually covers before deciding.
Questions for a shared shuttle
Confirm the airport served, meeting point, accommodation coverage and departure arrangements. Ask how delays and missed meetings are handled. Do not plan another timed activity based on an assumed direct route or an unverified journey length.
Questions for a private transfer
Confirm that the vehicle can accommodate your entire party and luggage. Ask about child seats and accessibility if relevant. Private transport does not automatically mean a luxury vehicle, unlimited waiting or a guaranteed journey time.
Check the whole chain of connections

Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) are different airports; Nevşehir (NAV) and Kayseri (ASR) are different Cappadocia gateways. A transfer ticket is not an airline ticket.
