The balloon is an optional upgrade

The product name can make the balloon sound central, but the ride is an optional paid addition. Confirm that it appears in your selected option. If you do not select it, do not expect a balloon flight to be part of the booking.

If you do select it, ask how an operator cancellation affects the balloon element and the remainder of the trip. The two-day package and the optional activity may involve different conditions. Avoid treating a non-refundable package rule as the complete explanation of a cancelled balloon.

Private does not mean every element is exclusive
